豆腐的料理方式，往往是把一大塊切成數小塊，讓每小塊豆腐都有相同的滋味，承載著相同的情感。將「方格狀」與「明月」二字相結合，呈現出了明月豆腐的品牌精神，希望將這份照顧家人的用心傳遞給每個顧客，當品嚐著每塊豆腐時感受到的溫暖，純粹以「帶著豆香的共同語言」溝通、熟絡著。
The cooking method for tofu often involves cutting a large block into several smaller pieces, ensuring that each piece carries the same flavor and conveys a shared emotion. By combining the words “square” and “MING YUE” the brand essence of “MING YUE TOFU” is expressed, aiming to convey the care for family members to every customer. When savoring each piece of tofu, one can feel the warmth it brings, communicating and bonding purely through the shared language of “fragrant tofu.”
精心簡約，和風溫暖：成為純粹味覺之選
透過豆腐分塊的方式表達人與人之間連結的情感、交流，我們決定以「簡單、溫暖、和風」作為視覺設計的核心概念。在顏色的選擇上，選用墨綠色帶出和風的調性，同時搭配溫潤的木色，營造出家的溫暖感。這樣的顏色搭配不僅讓人感覺舒適，也傳達明月豆腐的純粹和真摯。
We have decided to adopt “simplicity, warmth, and Japanese aesthetics” as the core concepts for our visual design, expressing the emotional connection and communication between people through the segmentation of tofu. In our choice of colors, we opt for deep forest green to evoke a sense of Japanese aesthetics, complemented by warm wooden tones to create a cozy feeling of home. This color combination not only provides comfort but also conveys the purity and sincerity of MING YUE TOFU.
