功夫，不單指拳腳武術，在源遠流長的中華血脈之中，也是純熟精煉的技藝代稱。功夫茶，並不是個陌生的詞「掀杯，點水，轉壺，置茶，甩壺，燙茶，出水」無一不是掌握著溫度與清水滾動的節奏。
Kung Fu, not only referring to martial arts, is also a term denoting refined and perfected skills within the profound Chinese heritage. Gongfu tea, a familiar term, involves a series of rhythmic movements: lifting the teapot, pouring water, rotating the teapot, placing the tea leaves, shaking the teapot, steeping the tea, and pouring out the water – each step mastered with precision in temperature and the rhythm of boiling water.
呼吸間調勻一進一退，一來一回的韻致，注出純粹的清春況味
春，生機盎然，蓬勃躍動。
點點音符簡潔明快，輕靈隨風，貫串林木深處迴廊，綿延不息，是詠。意念不斷，氣韻流轉，透入神髓，洋溢明快節奏，由內至外，由外返內，吞吐品味充盈生機，清新一脈相承，是謂「注春」。
